Both new and seasoned educators are welcome! If you’re an educator seeking guidance, you can join as a mentee. Conversely, if you have significant experience and are eager to guide others, you can join as a mentor.
No, our Volunteer Mentorship Program is completely free of charge. It’s our commitment to fostering a robust and supportive educator community.
We strive to match mentors and mentees based on teaching levels, subject expertise, and specific needs or challenges faced by the mentee. Our goal is to ensure that the pairings are beneficial for both parties.
The duration of the mentorship can vary based on the needs of the mentee and the availability of the mentor. However, we generally encourage pairs to engage for at least one academic year to ensure a meaningful exchange.

We offer ongoing support to our mentors, including access to resources, training sessions, and opportunities for peer discussion to ensure they are well-equipped to guide their mentees.
We offer a 10% – 20% discount (depending on experience) on Ten Bridge services for all mentors.
